Notes on the Geography of Zimbabwe: Bulawayo: Photo 17
The Tredgold Building is a court house and the seat of other government offices. It was built in the 1930s and later named for Robert Tredgold, a judge who held many other government positions. It's pretty boring, but it made the news in 2011 when its water supply was shut off for non-payment. The building was then condemned as unfit for occupancy. Somebody intervened and at least a trickle of water came back.
