The city desperately needs (well, OK, it's not panic stations, but it would be helpful if the city posted)information signs so visitors knew what they were looking at. There's plenty of information available for Old Goa, but little for Panaji. One exception is this old house, Casa Moeda, converted to government use in 1834. That little triangular sign between the last two arches is just the thing.
