Notes on the Geography of Nigeria: Oshogbo: Photo 1
The whole question of defining tradition is knotty (I'm tempted to write "naughty"), but here's some tradition for you: pounded yam and palm oil. We're on the road from Ibadan northeasterly about 60 miles to Oshogbo, population 250,000. The countryside is flat and green, but there's plenty to catch the eye.
